Due to hardware problems with the original OJS server, we are forced to move the editorial system to a new hardware.
This is, unfortunately, not a pre-planned move and therefore this step could take some time.
We are committed to have the server back on-line on Monday 2017-07-17 12:00 CEST, but the downtime may be shorter if everything goes well.
